What is duvet?

A duvet is a soft flat bag filled with down, feathers, wool, or some other type of insulation that is used as the top layer on a bed. Duvets are often inserted into a cover for easy cleaning and to keep the duvet from shifting inside the comforter.

Fact

Mothers who breastfeed and co-sleep get more sleep in a 24 hour period than those that don’t.
